Fasting blood test
Please note that we no longer give priority to fasting patients on a first-come, first-served basis. Queue numbers will be issued based on the patient’s age and ability to tolerate fasting. This will also result in less waiting time at the clinic, if you come at the alloted time.
Other situations
Patients who are very ill or have acute injuries will also be given priority based on the discretion of the doctor. There will also be walk-in patients who may have been waiting a long time.
Queue numbers may not be called in strict sequence
Due to all these factors, queue numbers may not be called in strict sequence. Please be patient and understanding. We try our best to be fair to everyone concerned.
