Queue Priority

Fasting blood test

If you are seeing the doctor for a FASTING blood sample in the morning (meaning you have not had your breakfast), you will be given priority to see the doctor if you arrive before 9.30 am. This is to accommodate those who might otherwise faint from hunger. Do let the clinic assistant know that you have come for a fasting blood test when you register.

Other situations

Patients who are very ill or have acute injuries will also be given priority based on the discretion of the doctor. There will also be walk-in patients who may have been waiting a long time.

Queue numbers may not be called in strict sequence

Due to all these factors, queue numbers may not be called in strict sequence. Please be patient and understanding. We try our best to be fair to everyone concerned.
